  • Collegiate Chapter Campus Citizenship Excellence Award

  • Presented to collegiate chapters demonstrating active engagement in their campus and Panhellenic communities.

    Chapter applications will be evaluated on successful demonstration of evidence for the following criteria:

    • Chapter members are involved in and hold officer positions in other organizations on campus 
    • Chapter actively and positively promotes the sorority experience on campus 
    • Chapter has consistent representation at Panhellenic meetings and advocates for Alpha Sigma Tau appropriately; members hold leadership positions on the Panhellenic Council (if applicable)
    • Chapter actively works to build positive Panhellenic and/or student organization relationships 
    • Chapter partners with other student organizations on campus to host/co-host events 
    • Chapter has developed positive working relationships with the Fraternity and Sorority Life Office; Chapter President meets regularly with the Fraternity and Sorority Life Advisor

    Additional eligibility requirements: Letter of recommendation from the Fraternity and Sorority Life Advisor or campus administrator responsible for fraternity and sorority life on your campus, uploaded as a PDF document with the application. The letter of recommendation must be on campus letterhead and must include the recommender's name, title, and contact information. The letter should speak to the criteria listed above.

  • Chapters may choose to submit a video application OR a written application for this award. Do not submit both - choose one.

    Please note the following requirements for each type of application:

    Video

    • Video must be no longer than 4 minutes in length; videos over 4 minutes will automatically be disqualified.
    • Please ensure any speaker introduces themselves with their name and their role in the chapter, if applicable.
    • Please view the video before submission to ensure the sound quality will allow for adequate evaluation

    Written

    • Written applications may be no longer than three (3) typed, single-spaced pages in 12-point font.
    • Applications longer than three pages or in smaller font will automatically be disqualified.
    • Applications must be uploaded as a PDF document.

    Applications should address the following:

    • Chapter members are involved in and hold officer positions in other organizations on campus
    • Chapter actively and positively promotes the sorority experience on campus
