  • The Martha Drouyor Belknap DeCamp Outstanding Alumnae Chapter Philanthropy Award is presented to alumnae chapters and associations demonstrating an exceptional commitment to supporting the Women's Wellness Initiative through philanthropy, service, and/or advocacy efforts.

    Applications will be evaluated on the following criteria:

    • Engagement with National Service Partners (Dress for Success and Girls Who Code) and other women's-focused organizations
    • Participation in or coordination of meaningful projects that meet a community need
    • Timely remission of philanthropic donations to benefiting organizations (if applicable)
  • Format: (000) 000-0000.

  • Groups may choose to submit a video application OR a written application for this award. Do not submit both - choose one.

    Please note the following requirements for each type of application:

    Video

    • Video must be no longer than 4 minutes in length; videos over 4 minutes will automatically be disqualified.
    • Please ensure any speaker introduces themselves with their name and their role in the group, if applicable.
    • Please view the video before submission to ensure the sound quality will allow for adequate evaluation

    Written

    • Written applications may be no longer than three (3) typed, single-spaced pages in 12-point font.
    • Applications longer than three pages or in smaller font will automatically be disqualified.
    • Applications must be uploaded as a PDF document.

    Applications should address the following:

    • Describe any service or philanthropic events the group hosted or participated in (or plans to) between July 2024 and May 2026 that supported women's-focused organizations. For each event, please list:
      • The name of the benefiting partner/organization
      • The date(s) of the event or activity
      • A description of the event or activity
      • The total number of hours volunteered (number of participants X number of hours each participant completed) - if applicable
      • The total donation amount and/or total value of in-kind donations, and the date delivered to the benefitting partner - if applicable
