A dedicated final opportunity for attendees to visit the vendor room before exhibits close.

All exhibitors must complete exhibit breakdown and pack-up during this window.

-Friday, November 20 – CLOSED
The vendor room and exhibit area will be closed on Friday. Please plan all exhibit breakdown and pack-up accordingly.

Inbound Freight Handling from Expo Site + Dock Access Fee

Choose this option if your preferred freight carrier will deliver your freight directly to the Hotel Cleveland. Delivery must take place during the scheduled exhibitor load-in: Sunday, November 15, 2026 | 1:00 PM–5:00 PM

Due to limited dock space at the hotel, exhibitors and/or their preferred freight carrier who require access to the loading dock will be charged a $75 Dock Access Fee.

Dock access is by appointment only.

The Dock Access Fee covers scheduled dock time, staff coordination, and traffic management.

Important: Exhibitors and/or their preferred freight carrier arriving without a scheduled dock appointment will be charged a $150 Dock Access Fee at the time of docking.

Truck Requirements

Please note: The Hotel Cleveland does not have a traditional truck-height loading dock. There is a dock ramp that trucks can back up to for unloading, but it is not a raised dock.

Dock-height trucks are NOT required.

THERE WILL BE NO FORKLIFT AVAILABLE ONSITE.

Exhibitors and/or their preferred freight carriers are responsible for unloading their own freight. Please plan accordingly when arranging your freight delivery and exhibit setup.

LOADING RAMP ENTRANCE for the Hotel Cleveland, is located at 301 W. Prospect Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113.

Scheduled Dock Times – No carriers will be accepted outside of these times.

Load-Out: Thursday, November 19 | 5:00 PM–9:00 PM

Advanced Inbound Freight Handling to Miller's Akron Facility

Choose this option if you have pre-show freight and cannot coordinate delivery directly to the expo site during the scheduled Sunday, November 15, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM load-in, your preferred carrier can deliver your freight directly to Miller's Akron facility prior to the convention.

Please select this option if you would like Miller's to receive, hold, and deliver your freight to the Hotel Cleveland until the convention.

Freight must arrive at Miller's between:

The exhibit area will be closed on Friday, November 20. All exhibitor freight must be packed and ready for removal during the scheduled Thursday, November 19 strike and pack-up period from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Miller's will transport your packed freight from the expo site to our Akron facility, where it will be available for your preferred carrier to pick up after the convention between Friday, November 20th through Tuesday, November 24, 2026 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (excludes Sunday).

Rate: $55 per 100 lbs.

Freight charges are calculated in 100-lb. increments. Please round your shipment weight up to the next 100 lbs.
