The Collegiate Chapter Engagement Excellence Award is presented to alumnae chapters and associations demonstrating excellence in cultivating collegiate chapter relationships, support, and programming.

Applications will be evaluated on successful demonstration of evidence for the following criteria:

• Chapter/association hosts, sponsors, or participates in programs or activities for or with a collegiate chapter (i.e. Homecoming, Ritual, Milestones, etc.)
• Chapter/association provides help and support to aid in collegiate chapter success (i.e. fundraising, Chapter Advisory Board recruitment, potential new member recommendations, recruitment preparation, career planning and support, finals kits, scholarship donations, etc.)

Groups may choose to submit a video application OR a written application for this award. Do not submit both - choose one.

Please note the following requirements for each type of application:

Video

• Video must be no longer than 4 minutes in length; videos over 4 minutes will automatically be disqualified.
• Please ensure any speaker introduces themselves with their name and their role in the group, if applicable.
• Please view the video before submission to ensure the sound quality will allow for adequate evaluation

Written

• Written applications may be no longer than three (3) typed, single-spaced pages in 12-point font.
• Applications longer than three pages or in smaller font will automatically be disqualified.
• Applications must be uploaded as a PDF document.

Applications should address the following:

• Describe all programs or activities from July 2024 through May 2026 in which the alumnae chapter or association hosted, sponsored, or participated in (or has plans to) with the collegiate chapter (i.e. Homecoming, Ritual, Alumnae Induction, etc.). For each program or activity, please provide the name of the collegiate chapter supported, the date of the program or activity, and a summary of the program or activity.
• Describe any help or support the alumnae chapter or association provided between July 2024 and May 2026 to aid in collegiate chapter success (i.e. fundraising, Chapter Advisory Board Recruitment, potential new member recommendations, recruitment preparation, finals kits, etc). For each instance, please identify the name of the collegiate chapter supported, the date or time frame for when the support was provided, and a summary of the support provided.
