Right of Admission to this event is reserved and at the discretion of the Okinawa Goju Ryu Kenkyukai and Taira Sensei.
INDEMNITY: By signing this form I hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules governing this event and hold blameless any event organiser, Taira Sensei or the Okinawa Goju Ryu Kenkyukai for any injury, loss or accident I may incur while attending this event.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event you must cancel more than 14 days prior to the Seminar a full refund will be given. In the event you must cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to the seminar a 50% refund will be given. If you must cancel in the final within the final 7 days leading up to the seminar no refund will be given. In the event that Taira Sensei cancels more than 14 days to the seminar a full refund will be given. If Taira Sensei cancels within 7 days of the seminar there will be a $50 refund and the Seminar will continue as planned run by Australian Instructors, students of Taira Sensei.
Payment is AUD dollars, in cash or bank deposit for Aust residents.
