Important Note: When submitting your application, please define a primary menu focus. A broad menu may result in non-acceptance to prevent overlapping food offerings with other event vendors. This approach supports stronger sales potential for everyone within the Food Truck Next network.

Multi-Date Review Fee $15 non-refundable

This covers administrative review for multiple event dates, including vendor screening, placement consideration, and scheduling coordination.

This fee helps us limit duplicate or non-serious submissions and ensures timely review for active vendors.

The $15 fee doesn't guarantee acceptance.

Applications are reviewed in the order received and approved based on event needs, vendor category balance, and available space.

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with the next steps and payment details.

Vendor spaces are limited and may fill quickly. We recommend applying early for the best consideration.

Beverage Restrictions: Dates April, May, June First Friday- lemonade and Agua Frescas Sales are exclusive to our sister company, Lalas Lemonades and Mocktails.

I acknowledge that last-minute cancellations (within five (5) calendar days) or no-shows are subject to cancellation fees per Food Truck Next policy, regardless of reason, including illness, emergencies, or operational issues.

Vendor Acknowledgment & Non-Circumvention Agreement: By submitting this application, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that:
Client relationships introduced by Food Truck Next (FTN) are proprietary to FTN.
Vendor shall not directly solicit, contract with, or provide services to any client introduced by FTN for a period of twelve (12) months following the event without FTN’s prior written consent.
Violation of this agreement may result in removal from future FTN events and liability for damages.
