If you choose a different size or color from an item listed on the wishlist, please make sure that you share the correct link for the item you are requesting.   • Applicants must reside in the continental United States of America. Multiple autistic persons from the same household may apply, but a separate application is needed for each person. Submitting an application does not guarantee a sensory gift. Applicants with proper documentation will be chosen in the order that they apply. Please do not apply if you do not have a financial need.


    Applicants can only choose ONE item from the Amazon Wishlists. You will be asked to choose another item if the price changes to more than $50.00. Items included on the wishlists are not an endorsement of the product’s effectiveness, quality, or safety. It also does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or association of any kind between the vendor, Amazon, and Autism Faith Network, Inc.


    Sensory gift recipients will be notified via email within one week. Items will be delivered via Amazon. Autism Faith Network is not responsible for any delays or delivery mishaps.  

    All purchases are final. We will not do any returns or exchanges. 


    Sensory gift recipients will be asked fill out a short survey about their experience with Cheerful Giving. They also may be added to the Autism Faith Network’s email list. Those not interested in being on the email list can opt-out at any time.


    The personal information of applicants is only used for verification purposes. Diagnosis information provided is under the protection of the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Autism Faith Network will not sell, rent or share this information with others.


    By participating in Cheerful Giving, you agree to release the Autism Faith Network, Inc. from any liability or claim with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the item you chose for Cheerful Giving. We, the Participant and/or the Guardian, Release and forever discharge and hold harmless Autism Faith Network and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from participating in this initiative with the Autism Faith Network, including claims arising out of negligence.
