2025 Vendor Application for Strange Dark and Mysterious Market by Creations of Uniqueness :

This application is the 1st step in becoming a vendor for our 2025 Festival Season. All applications HAVE to be approved by the owners of Creations of Uniqueness.


VENDOR FEE: 

Our event fees are as discussed. 
No changes 

VENDOR CONDITIONS: 

Vendors are required to arrive up to, two and a half hours prior to the event for setup, and teardown / leave at the end of the event. Vendors are REQUIRED to stay for the entirety of the event.

Friday June 12th 10am-8pm 
Sat June 13th 10am-8pm 
Sun June 14th 12pm-5pm 

SETUP TIME: 8:30am / TEARDOWN TIME: Posted end time of event.

ALL EVENTS ARE RAIN OR SHINE.

Vendors ARE NOT permitted to leave events early. 

You ARE REQUIRED to stay for the full duration of the event. Breaking down and packing up of your booth should not take place before the event’s official end. 

Only TWO HELPERS are allowed at the vendor booth at all times (Booth spaces are 10'x10')or 10x20 Vendors are expected to bring your own tent, canopies, weights, table(s), chairs, extension cords if venue has power availability and other set-up items. ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR EQUIPMENT, Items are not to spill over into neighboring booths. One VENDOR OR HELPER must be at the table at ALL TIMES.

Vendors DON'T litter or leave debris in the area of their booth after events. ALL items and debris are expected to be cleaned and disposed of before the vendor leaves. 

There are trash cans placed throughout event grounds for your trash so make use of them. If you need help with your trash during or after an event, please do not hesitate to ask staff for assistance.

Vendors are welcome to bring food and drinks for themselves to our events. 

If the above conditions are not met, or any damage occurs to the property you will be charged. 

We DO NOT return vendor payments for any reason. Vendors who have not paid their vendor fee within 30 DAYS of the festival or have not contacted us about their vendor fee in advance WILL NOT BE permitted to set up.

The vendor assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY if a festival attendee is hurt by a vendor or vendor item, e.g. an allergic reaction to any products, or any physical harm from vendors selling prop weapons or sharp objects, or any other issues. The vendor assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY for any damage to their property due to inclement weather of any sorts or theft. 

PLEASE REMEMBER filling out this application DOES NOT mean that you will be approved to be a vendor. ALL VENDORS go through a vetting process so we do NOT have 14 people selling the same thing. That is unfair to you and the guests.

Indemnification and Agreement

The vendor accepts full responsibility for the quality of any and all goods sold by the vendor and the vendor’s organization at any Creations of Uniqueness event. The vendor agrees to be open during all event hours.

The vendor agrees to waive and release all rights, claims, or damages they may accrue against Creations of Uniqueness and their representatives and hosting locations. The vendor further agrees to recognize that all vendor spaces are located outdoors and that all applications processed and accepted for participation are nonrefundable.

If you are a NO SHOW or Do not follow through with your original paid schedule, for anything other than a non planned emergency you will not be able to vend with Creations of Uniqueness in the future. 
This affects not only the venue planner but the attendees as well.
