Site Access & Setup - Key Dates
- Access to sites begins Monday of Show week (6 July 2026).
- All site setup must be completed before midday AWST Friday 10 July and Saturday 11 July 8:00 am AWST (Show opening).
- Pack-down must be completed by COB Monday 13 July following the Show.
- Early arrivals or extended stays must be arranged directly with the KAS Caravan Park: 0417 823 693.

Site requirements
Trading Front Line - Width in metres, (including drawbar if applicable)
Eg 6m food van + 2 m drawbar =8 m. Note: Metre frontage will be charged on the total width of your site if it exceeds the trading width.
Trading Site (only) - Exact depth in metres (do not include camping, vehicles etc)
Entire Site - Estimate Depth (including Trading Site, vehicles, camping needs, space around vehicles, etc)
