Vendor Fees & Inclusions
- Table Rate: $50 per Saturday
- Includes: 1 qty 6-foot table + 2 qty chairs.
- Payment Required: Payment is required to hold your table reservation. All vendor fees are non-refundable.
- Payment Method: Online payment portal. A payment link will be sent to the email address provided on the sign up form.
Setup & Cleanup Times
- Setup: 10 AM – 11 AM
- Event Open: 11 AM – 7 PM
- Cleanup: 7 PM – 8 PM
- Vendors must be fully set up by 11 AM and may not dismantle before 7 PM.
Vendor Agreement
By signing below, I agree to:
- Arrive and set up between 10 AM and 11 AM and remain open until 7 PM.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional display.
- Follow all venue and event policies.
- Understand that payment is required to hold a table and fees are non-refundable.
- Provide business license and liability coverage if requested.
