After payment of non-refundable deposit of $50 and with a payment of $75 due before session or at time of session, client receives up to 5 high resolution images per 15 minute mini session booking with print release.
Additional poses and prints can be selected a la carte. Additional digital images are available to purchase $10 each or Print Products are sold separately
SESSION PROOFS: Client will receive a access to edits with 1-2 weeks of their portrait session. If the photographs are accessible earlier, the Photographer will advised the client(s). Photographer retains the right to edit the photographs and omit any image. Rush Edits are available for additional $100 fee for 3 day or sooner turnaround.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, the deposits paid are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary due to weather. Forty-eight hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated. Limitations of liability: While every reasonable effort will be made to deliver outstanding photographs, The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. Photographers entire liability to Client for any claim, loss, or injury arising from photographers performance is limited to a refund to client of fees paid, we cannot guarantee the delivery of any specifically requested image (s). In the unlikely event of personal illness or other circumstances beyond the control of photographer, a substitute Photographer of high qualifications may be dispatched by us to fulfill the obligation of photographer here and contracted. Federal copyright laws: Photographer owns all copyrights for any and all images produced in connection with this Agreement including the exclusive right to reproduce or publicly display such images. Clients will be given a written release to make personal copies of images selected. The client understands the images given in gallery for download cannot be used for profit or advertising and all posting of images on the internet must be acknowledged as images by the Photographer. The undersigned, having read the above contract agrees to the terms set forth. Ownership of images: Any reproduction of any image produced in connection with this Agreement is prohibited without specific written consent of photographer. Client is hereby authorized to web publish or email images, if digital images have been purchased. The parties agree that the Photographer may reproduce, published or exhibit a judicious selection of such photographed as samples of photographic work to be shown to prospective clients, and for instruction or institutional purposes consistent with the highest standards of taste and judgment. Client agrees to hold photographer harmless against any and all claims arising from any published images.
Liability: You agree to hold harmless Photography by Amanda Jones/Amanda Jones from any dispute in the event that you become injured during your session. Photography by Amanda Jones/Amanda Jones will not be held liable for any injury to you, or anyine participating in the photo session or wedding, or to any damage to property at the time fo the event. The client agrees to replace any damaged enquipment if for any reason the equipment becomes damaged due to negligence or inattention to children at the time of the photo session.
Assumption of Risk: Client understands and acknowledges that photography sessions may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, water features, props, furniture, studio equipment, or interaction with children and animals. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the photography session for themselves and any accompanying individuals.
Release of Liability: Client agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Photography by Amanda Jones, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the photography session, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or personal loss, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Props and Set Pieces: Client understands that the use of props, furniture, water features, or specialty setups (including but not limited to tubs, chairs, stools, benches, or décor) is voluntary and at Client’s own risk. Client agrees to use all props as instructed and assumes full responsibility for any injury resulting from improper use or failure to follow directions.
Medical Disclaimer: Client confirms that all participants are physically able to participate in the photography session and has disclosed any medical conditions that may affect participation. Photographer is not responsible for medical emergencies.
Location Disclaimer: Client acknowledges that photography sessions may take place in public or private locations not controlled by Photographer. Photographer is not responsible for hazards, conditions, or actions of third parties at such locations.
Responsibility for Minors: Client is solely responsible for the supervision and safety of any minors present during the photography session. Photographer is not responsible for monitoring, supervising, or controlling the actions of children at any time.
