Submitting this form begins your application process. Acceptance is at the discretion of the Director. Once accepted, your next step is to provide your participation fee at ThriveChurchMD.org .
Families returning from Fall Semester I and already paid the annual supply fee owe only $100.
Families joining for the first time this academic year (2025-26) owe $130.

This fee is split in two ways: $100 goes toward covering bills associated with running the ministry of Freedomcry, and $30 covers annual classroom supplies.
When submitting my payment online I understand I will need to select the box to pay the online fees associated with my transaction.*

I acknowledge that partial scholarships are at the discretion of the Director and consideration will be on a first come first serve basis.*

In the event that my family is chosen to receive a partial scholarship, I acknowledge that we’ll need to abide by the following criteria: attending weekly classes consistently, paying the portion we are responsible for on time, and all code of conduct will be followed by both the parent and child(ren).*
