I voluntarily give my full consent for permanent jewelry carried out by INDE. I am informed about possible side effects and complications .I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to read and follow the instructions about the service and aftercare.

What Is Permanent Jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a custom-fitted chain that’s welded closed instead of using a traditional clasp. During the process, a small jump ring is used to connect the ends of the chain, and a quick, painless spark from a precision welder seals it shut. The result is a seamless, everyday piece of jewelry that you can wear continuously.

The entire process takes just a few minutes and is completely safe — no heat touches your skin. If you ever decide to remove it, the chain can be easily cut with scissors.

We use high-quality sterling silver and gold-filled chains designed to stay shiny, resist tarnish and won't discolor your skin.

Permanent Jewelry Process – Step by Step

Choose Your Chain-
Browse a variety of chain styles and metals (such as sterling silver, gold-filled) to find your perfect match.

Select Placement-
Decide where you’d like your jewelry — most commonly the wrist, ankle, or neck.

Custom Fit-
The artist will measure the chain to ensure a perfect, comfortable fit — snug but not tight.

Link and Weld-
The ends of the chain are connected with a small jump ring and then quickly welded closed using a safe, precise micro welder. A protective cloth is placed between the skin and the welding point.

Polish and Inspect-
The welded area is smoothed and checked for strength and comfort, leaving a seamless, clasp-free look.

Your jewelry is ready to wear 24/7! If you ever wish to remove it, simply snip the jump ring with scissors.

Client consents to receive services from the Provider and understands that results may vary depending on individual skin types, healing processes, and aftercare. The Client has had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the procedures and has received satisfactory answers.
Acknowledgement of Policies*

Client agrees to abide by all scheduling, cancellation, deposit, and no-show policies as outlined on the Provider’s website or communicated directly prior to booking. Client understands that deposits may be non-refundable and fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Health and Safety Disclosure*

Client confirms that they have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving services. The Provider will not be held liable for any undisclosed conditions or reactions resulting from the services rendered.
Liability Waiver*

Client releases the Provider from any liability for adverse reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction resulting from the service. The Client acknowledges that services are provided at their own risk.
Media Release*

Client gives permission for before-and-after photos to be taken and used for marketing and educational purposes. Identifiable features will be cropped or blurred unless written permission is provided.Client does not give Permission.

• I release the piercer and studio from any liability for any complications or issues arising from this piercing, including infection, migration, or rejection due to personal aftercare, lifestyle, or body chemistry. • I understand INDE is not liable if I fail to follow aftercare instructions or choose to remove the jewelry prematurely.

Aftercare Instructions
Avoid applying lotions, oils, or perfumes directly on the jewelry.

If your chain rubs against skin that has sweat, oils or dirt, it can sometimes leave a temporary black ring. Its not the jewelry-just buildup. Simply wash the area and the chain with mild soap and water and it will go away.

Do not pull, tug, or twist the jewelry, as this may cause it to break or weaken the weld.

To remove your jewelry, carefully cut the small welded jump ring using scissors or wire cutters and place in a sealed bag.

Seperate the Sterling Silver Chains from the Gold Filled Chains.

Replacement or reattachment services are available but may incur a fee.
