There are a limited number of venues applications available. Once the form is received by Growing Chefs! Ontario, your participation will be tentatively confirmed. Confirmation will be final once payment and menu are received; these are due no later than **Friday, January 2, 2026**

If a photo is not submitted, our team will use one we have on file, as we have done in previous years. Please only submit a high quality photos; if the photo quality is low, our team will use our best judgement and potentially choose a higher quality photo. Payment Information:

Once you are confirmed as a WINTER 2026 participant, you will be sent an invoice, with instruction for payment. Your festival participation will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Preferred payments are cash, cheque or EFT, to avoid fees (electronic payments are to be sent to: andrew@growingchefsontario.ca).

We do accept credit and debit payments, though we will add a 2.4% processing fee.

If you have an outstanding balance from the previous festival, you will not be accepted into the Winter 2026 Festival until your current balance owing is $0.
