  • I. Overview

  • This is an application for new projects. Guidelines and directions for completing this form can be found at New Project Grant Guidelines

    If you are seeking to continue a Project Grant funded in the past for fewer than three consecutive years, please close out of this site and open the form for continuing projects:Continuing Project grants

    Please notice the following guidelines:

    • After having the same Project Grant funded for the past three consecutive years, you will need to submit a New Project Grant application. 
    • If you have had a Mini-Grant funded and wish to expand or extend it, you will need to submit an application for a New Project Grant.
    • You may submit no more than two Project Grant applications, including New and Continuing Grants.

    Applications are due April 10, 2026.

    Saving your work: On the bottom of each page is a "save" button.  Click on save once you have entered your name, email and the amount you are requesting. You will then receive an email with a link to get back into the application without losing any information you have already added to the form.  Remember: You must enter your name and email and the amount you are requesting to be able to save your work. You can change the amount you are requesting in the future.

    We suggest that you download a budget form, rename it, and save it to your computer even before you are ready to complete and upload it. The budget form can be found here:2026-27 Budget Form

    Submitting your application: Press submit when you are ready to submit the final application. You will then see a screen that we have received your application. It will include a link to your PDF of the application. Download the PDF and send it to your co applicants and those who are writing letters of support.

    To complete the budget form, follow the following steps:

    1. Download the form if you have not done so already. This is the link to the 'Forms' page on the FEF website: https://www.falmoutheducationfnd.org/grant-forms
    2. Save it to your computer with the name of your project (e.g.,icreate.docx)
    3. Complete the form.  You will need to add contact information for the vendor(s) you wish to use.  
    4. Upload the form to the space below by clicking the "Browse File" button to browse your computer.
    5. Once uploaded, the file name will be displayed below.

  • V. Approvals and Signatures 

  • 29.  Approvals

    All applications must have the support of:

    • your principal or department head.
    • Sonia Tellier, for any application that includes technology purchases. 
    • community partners, if applicable.  

    Request that each of the above, where applicable, sends an email to fefgrants@gmail.com indicating support of your proposal.  The easiest way to do this is to send a copy of the final PDF of your application to them.  Once you press Submit, you will receive an email with a link to a PDF of your application from Jotform.  Download and save the  PDF to your computer,  and retitle it with the name of your project.  You can then attach it to an email to your principal or department head, community partners, and Sonia Tellier, if your application includes technology. 

    In the boxes below, please provide the name and email for those writing in support of your application. 

  • 30.  Signatures

    All applicants on the proposal must sign electronically below or you can attach a word document with all signatures on it . Use the blue dot to make your signatures. If you (or we) have a problem seeing your electronic signature, it may be because of the server you are using.  If so, simply attach a page with your signature(s).   If you have more than four signatures,  attach a word document with all signatures on it.  Click 'choose file' below and attach the form you have created with the required signatures.
