Phone Bidding Instructions
Phone bidding registration closes at 6:00 PM PST.
- We will call you 1-5 minutes before your item comes up for auction. Please know your maximum bid amount, as the auction moves quickly and you'll need to be prepared to bid immediately.
- Please note there will be multiple phone bidders as well as live bidders competing for items. Our team member will communicate the current asking bid, and you can confirm whether or not you wish to bid. For back-to-back lots, we may require you to stay on the phone between items.
- Important: If you do not answer within the first two call attempts, we will move on to the next bidder. Please ensure you're available and ready to answer. While we will do our best to facilitate your bids, phone bidding is not guaranteed. Thank you!
