  • To prepare an accurate and personalised treatment plan, our surgeons need clear, up-to-date photos. These help them assess your anatomy, skin quality, proportions and goals before offering medical advice.

    You do not need professional photos. Simple photos taken at home are perfect.

    Helpful tips:

    - Avoid harsh shadows or overhead lighting
    - Use a plain background
    - Wear fitted clothing or underwear that clearly shows the area being assessed
    - Use your phone’s self-timer or ask someone you trust to help
    - Keep photos clear and unfiltered

    These photos go directly into our secure system and are shared only with the Oceanscape onboarding team and your surgeon. We follow strict privacy and data protection laws, including KVKK in Türkiye and GDPR-aligned principles.

    Your images are used only to assess you and prepare your personalised treatment plan. They are never used for marketing or shared outside your clinical care. You may request deletion of your photos at any time.

    Oceanscape Group is made up of two legally established entities that work together to support your medical journey.
    Oceanscape Group New Zealand Limited, based in New Zealand, manages your enquiry, client care and pre-departure preparation.
    Oceanscape Sağlık Turizm Anonim Şirketi, based in Türkiye, coordinates all medical, clinical and in-country services with approved hospitals and surgeons.

    Together, these two branches of Oceanscape Group ensure your information is handled safely, respectfully and transparently across both countries.
