Poomsae/Pattern: Dobak with appropriate color belt. Taguek should be the one assigned to current gup.

Kyorugi/Sparring:
• Dobak with appropriate color belt.
• Red and Blue body vest, Headgear (white or proper color), arm guards, shin guards, groin protector and clear or white mouth guards for male and female competitors. All gears must be proper size and in good condition.
• Fingernails and toenails must be trimmed.
• Remove jewellery, earrings and all piercings.
• All Groin Protection must be worn on the inside of the Dobak.
• Black belt: PSS-KP&P system will be used, Vest provided. Competitors are to provide their own KP&P socks

Failing to follow these rules, competitor may be disqualified.

As we do not have an inspection station, we ask each club to inform your students.
Referee's will do a quick inspection at ring.
Liability Waiver - Inconsideration of your acceptance of my entry, I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive, release, and forever discharge all rights and claims for damages which I may have, or which may accrue to me against the Kim’s Taekwondo Challenge, Sask. TK, The World Taekwondo Federation of Canada, The World Taekwondo Federation, and all members of the tournament, or their respective officers, agents, representatives, successors, and/or assigns, and against any competitor for any and all damages which may be sustained by me in connection with my association with, or entry in the above athletic meet. I understand that Taekwondo is a body contact sport, which involves a risk of injury. I understand that the competition rules are based on the rules of the World Taekwondo Federation. I agree to all tournament competition rules and understand that I may be disqualified if I do not follow these rules. If I fail to show up to the competition, I knowingly forfeit all applicable registration fees. I further understand that any pictures taken of me, in connection with the Kim’s Taekwondo Challenge, can be used by the Tournament Director for publicity or promotion without compensation at this time, or any time.*
