The 27th Annual Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) Good Citizenship & Scholarship Program for Graduating Seniors 2026
Application Form for The Arthur and Berdena King SAR Outstanding Citizenship Educational Scholarship Award (to be filled out by student with assistance from the school's administrative representative). Each school located in McLean and Woodford Counties may select a recipient for the SAR Good Citizenship Award. Two $1000 scholarship recipients will be selected from the nominees from these schools.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you need to add or edit your entries after officially submitting your application, use the application form again. HOWEVER, only enter your NAME, SCHOOL NAME, SCHOOL DISTRICT, DATE at the end. Then, ONLY the fields/blanks for what you want to resubmit. You do not need to fill out the entire form. You do not need to re-submit the files.
