I understand and accept the inherent risks of skating, including falls, injuries, and other accidents.I acknowledge that skating involves physical activity that may result in injury.I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.

I waive and release (Meghan Jones) from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during skating lessons.I understand that this waiver covers all claims related to injuries, accidents, or damages.Meghan Jones reserves the right to reschedule or regroup skaters according to enrolment and availability. Meghan Jones (instructor)*, the Banff Recreation Centre* and employees will not be liable or held responsible for any accidents or loss however caused and agreed to release all mentioned parties from all claims and damages. I further verify that, I have no medical problems and is in good physical health and the above-mentioned parties will not be held responsible for any medical, dental or insurance claims resulting from injury.
