⧠ Delivery: We setup and fully prep the rental for the trip. As well as tear-down after the trip. ⧠ Delivery Fees: We deliver up to 125 miles from Bolivar and charge $2.00 per mile, the first 10 miles are free. ⧠ Pickup: We walk you through hooking up and unhooking the rental. As well as offer a brief review on how to make proper turns and how to setup/tear-down the rental at the site. ⧠ Nightly Minimum: There is a 2 night minimum to book a rental. ⧠ Nightly Maximum: There is a 29 night maximum on booking a rental, we do not allow long term rentals. ⧠ Mandatory $25 Cleaning Fee: Includes the prep time to clean the rental before and after the stay, non-refundable. ⧠ Security Deposit: There is mandatory $500 security deposit to book this rental, it is fully refundable if the rental sustains no damages during the stay. ⧠ Pet Policy: Our rentals are pet friendly but a mandatory pet deposit is required. The deposit is $250 per pet and we allow 2 pets maximum. Violating this policy forfeits your pet deposit in addition to your security deposit. ⧠ Reminder: Our rentals are non-smoking!

We will contact you via email to let you know that your booking was either accepted or declined. If accepted, you will be sent an invoice for the security deposit and an email invitation to sign our Rental Agreement Contract. Both are due within 24 hours of notification that your booking requests were accepted. If declined, you will be sent an email with alternate dates or times and/or be added to our wait-list if you so choose.
