How MoveCredit Works
MoveCredit generates seller appraisal leads through online and local marketing.
We match those homeowners with vetted Sunshine Coast agents (like you).
When a sale settles, the seller receives a $2,000 MoveCredit Reward, coordinated by MoveCredit.
What’s Expected of You
• Contact each referred seller within one business day of receipt.
• Explain the offer clearly: the $2,000 Reward is paid after settlement (not up front).
• Keep MoveCredit updated as the lead progresses (appraisal → listing → contract → settlement).
• When a sale moves to unconditional stage, pay MoveCredit:
– $2,000 (incl. GST) MoveCredit Reward contribution (for seller cash or removalist invoice), and
– $1,000 + GST Success Fee for program administration and lead generation.
• Payments are invoiced once the sale becomes unconditional and due seven (7) business days prior to settlement.
• No fees apply for leads that do not convert to a settled sale. Any money paid will be refunded.
• All lead information remains confidential and the property of MoveCredit.
