The Perth Italian Festival returns to Langley Park on Saturday 11 April 2026, bringing the sights, sounds and flavours of Italy to the heart of Perth!
We invite food vendors, retailers, market traders and community organisations to express their interest in being part of this vibrant one-day celebration of Italian culture, cuisine and lifestyle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products or services to thousands of attendees and be part of one of Perth’s most-loved cultural events.

PROCESS ONCE APPLICATION IS RECEIVED:
Once we receive your EOI form, we will review it and contact you to confirm whether your stall has been accepted.
You will receive written acknowledgment of the application by the office, however, if you have not received acknowledgment within one week, please email perthitalianfestivalvendors@gmail.com.
Please also understand all Perth Italian Festival Committee members are volunteering to work for the Perth Italian Festival. We will update and/or provide you with all the information as soon as possible.
VENDOR REQUIRMENTS (to be submitted on confirmation/payment:
• Current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20million)
• Food vendors must hold valid City of Perth food business registration
• Compliance with all relevant health, safety, and electrical standards
• Final stall locations will be allocated by event organisers to ensure variety and presentation
