1. Membership Terms & Conditions
- Minimum contract term is 3 months for hybrid packages & class ultimate package otherwise stated.
- Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
- Membership cancellations require written notice via email to PMA or Jordan Directly. A 30-day paid cancellation period begins once notice is received. Members may continue using the facility during this period.
- In the event the contract is cancelled before contract length, a 50% fee of the remaining amount will be charged.
- Membership can be placed on hold for medical, travel, or other valid reasons with at least 7 days' written notice. Memberships can be placed on hold for a maximum of 8 weeks.
- Payments are completed by direct debit weekly beginning on the agreed date. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access until payments are up to date.
2. Access, Conduct & Termination
- Members must check in upon arrival with a key card provided to them upon registration.
- Respect staff, equipment, and other members at all times.
- No abusive language or behaviour will be tolerated & result in permanent ban of membership.
- Members must follow all guidelines shown or told regarding use and care of PMA facilities.
- Members must follow all safety and hygiene rules for themselves and those surrounding them.
- PT sessions require 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full unless valid reasons are provided.
- PMA reserves the right to terminate a membership for breach of rules without refund.
