Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Event, proudly hosted by The Farms at Two Egg in partnership with El Bethel Church and Lovedale Baptist Church!
This festive, family-friendly celebration brings together the local community to welcome the holiday season with lights, laughter, and lasting memories on the farm.
As a valued vendor, you’ll help us create a warm, joyful atmosphere by offering unique products and services that enhance the holiday experience for all—from children filled with Christmas wonder to families and guests enjoying the magic of the season.

Important Vendor Information
Event Dates: Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 5:00pm
Location: The Farms at Two Egg, 4382 Wintergreen Rd., Greenwood, FL 32443
Setup: Detailed setup instructions will be shared with vendors one week prior to the event
Tear Down: Vendors are responsible for removing their own booths/items at the end of the event.
Payment: Full payment secures your spot. Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received. If another business registers after you but pays before you, they will secure the space.
Food Vendors: Must bring their own food prep and heating equipment. No electrical access will be provided.
Refunds/Rain Policy: No refunds or rain checks will be issued.
Confirmation: Once your registration form and payment have been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
