Reception and fellowship start at 4:00 PM, Trading Post opens, followed by dinner at 5:00 PM, and finally the show and awards ceremony and special presentations at 6:00 PM.
Banquet Pricing
Banquet Registration:
- $70 per person 1/16/2026 through 3/12/2026.
Newly inducted members in 2025 (VIA - Very Important Arrowmembers)
- $60 per person until 3/12/2026.
Online registration closes at 4PM on Thursday, March 12. No Tickets will be sold at the door!
Pennacook Pass
An annual pass (Pennacook Pass) is available for $200. The annual pass for members, includes;
- 2026 Lodge Dues and pre-paid registrations for the following Lodge events for 2026:
- Lodge Banquet,
- Spring fellowship/training weekend,
- 3 Ordeal induction weekends,
- 5 Brotherhood inductions ($25 fee for Brotherhood Candidates,)
- Lodge Annual Meeting,
- Installation of Officers,
- Arrow of Light weekend,
- Haunted Base Camp,
- Lodge Leadership Development weekend.
Members registering for the Banquet may also pay their 2026 annual dues of $25 at the same time.
For members who have already purchased a Pennacook Pass for 2026, registering here is not necessary. Please email secretary@oapennacpook.org to be added to the event registration list.
