    Dec. 19, 2025 ~ 6pm to 10pm Jefferson County Rescue Squad Bldg., 915 Industrial Park Rd., Dandridge TN ALL BAKERS & BAKERIES INVITED !!
  • Sponsors are always necessary, as they.can increase the advertising budget considerably. By this, we mean adding local radio advertising, larger advertisements in the local newspapers, & additional tv advertising. Each Sponsor’s logo is attached to all correspondence, all event fliers, mentioned in all television interviews, all radio interviews and advertisements. Wherever our events are advertised, each Sponsor’s image & business will be front & center!

    SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE ~ $200

    · (1) Complimentary reserved 8x10 indoor booth, located iinside the front entrance to the event location.

    · Sponsor’s logo featured in Facebook posts about the event (if Facebook doesn't "flag" the sponsor's logo for copyright infringement). 

    · Weekly promotion on Facebook, in (60+) vendor groups. 

    · Sponsor’s logo featured on all printed materials and our website.

    · Sponsors may hang/place company banner(s) with event banner on Hwy. 92 & Industrial Park Rd., or in front of the Rescue Squad Building.

    · In the event of a televised interview, Sponsor can provide a sign or stand up banner that will be visible during the show's LIVE interview.  Sponsor will be mentioned during all interviews.

    · Sponsor’s logo will be featured in any/all newspaper advertisements.

    · Sponsor will be mentioned during any/all radio advertisements.

  • **Submitting an application doesn't automatically enter your business in our Cookie Extravaganza. Once your vendor application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by Jennifer Greene (Jennifer Bell-Greene on Facebook), within 48-72 hrs., through Facebook Messenger (if you have a Facebook Profile) or text/email to arrange for booth fee(s) payment through Venmo or PayPal.  

    By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you understand & agree that neither the event venue, Jefferson Co. Rescue Squad, or Jennifer Greene, are responsible for any damage/harm to you or your vehicles, trailers, or your booth items, while you are participating in said vendor events. You assume all responsibility for yourself, anyone working with you in your booth & your personal belongings, during all events.

    Vendor parking area is NOT the main parking lot.  Vendors will need to park anywhere EXCEPT the main parking lot, that is reserved for event shoppers.  Vendors can unload on the left side of the building (must enter parking lot on the right side of the building and go around behind it, as the left side of the building is only a single lane.  You CANNOT enter the parking lot on the left side.  Once you are unloaded, vendors can park next door, at the Jefferson Co. Health Dept....even double park behind a friend, as parking is VERY limited...or along the side of Industrial Rd.  Once the Health Dept. closes at 5pm, we can utilize all those parking spaces.
