Use this form to inform PRNA of your teams forfeit
Intention of a team to forfeit a game must be advised at least six (6) hours prior to the game's schedule start time for that day.

Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine for the forfeiting team / club.

(this fine only applies to competitive grades).
