2026 Vendor Deadlines

Payment deadline (once approved): April 12, 2026 (Late fees apply after this date)
Please complete this form so that we can gather the necessary information from you to process your registration. NO MONEY IS DUE AT THIS TIME.
All registrations will be reviewed by the Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc. Festival Committee and applicant notified, by email within two weeks of their application date.
All booth sizes are 11ft x 11ft. We ask that any canopies you bring be no larger than 11ft x 11ft. Larger spaces are available upon request for a fee.
**NOTE** There is NO POWER at WOODMEN PARK. If you need power, you must provide your own generator or power source.

All payments must be received by April 12, 2026, otherwise late fees will apply. Once payments are received by Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc., NO REFUNDS will be granted, for any reason, including vendor withdraw.
If payment is not received by May 2nd, booth space reservation may be forfeited and the next vendor on the wait list will be contacted.
Types of payment accepted: certified bank check, money order, or credit card. Checks made payable to: Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc., PO Box 7791, Greenwood, IN 46143.
IF YOU APPLY AND/OR PAY AFTER APRIL 12th there will be an additional $25 late registration fee.
IF YOU APPLY AND/OR PAY AFTER MAY 2nd there will be an increased $50 late registration fee.
