  • Vendor Requirements and Agreement 

    1. This event is a family friendly (G RATED) event. Please keep any adult material out of view of minors. Any materials deemed offensive by Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc., will not be permitted to be displayed or sold.
    2. All vendors are responsible for paying any fees and obtaining permits required by federal, state, or local governmental entity, including but not limited to the City of Greenwood. Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc., is not responsible for the collection or submission of any governmental fees.
    3. Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc. will supply event insurance for the event. Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc., does not assume any liablity for vendors, their invitees or licensees within or around vendors allotted area. Vendors will be required to show proof of insurance or sign a waiver.
    4. Vendors are required to set up and unload items for their booths no later than 11:15am. All booths shall be set up and ready for customers by 11:45am. All vehicles must be out of the vendor area no later than 11:30am. Vendors agree to not tear down booths before 5:00pm. No vendors are allowed to leave the event prior to 6:00pm. No vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area prior to 6:15pm.
    5. All vendors, employees, and representatives are expected to behave in all matters of attire, conduct, etc. in accordance with attending a family friendly event.
    6. Vendors must secure their canopy with appropriate weights to prevent any movement during high winds or inclement weather. Failure to secure canopies could result in injuries. This is not optional. Vendors should be checking the weather and plan accordingly.
    7. Vendors shall not display or sell any illegal or contraband items, items that are unlicensed and/or copies/interpretations of licensed or registered items at any or all site and operations of Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc. The laws of the State of Indiana and local ordinances of the City of Greenwood must be followed.
    8. Any organization that is a no-show at the Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc. festival without notice will not be considered for future participation in any Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc. events for at least a period of two years. If there are any circumstances beyond your control to attend the event, prior notice must be given.
    9. Any businesses or organizations that do not agree with the rules set forth will be asked to immediately leave and will not be considered for any future participation in Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc. events. If the aforementioned disagreement is not discovered until after the acceptance of the vendor, no refund will be provided if vendor is refused for this reason.
    10. Vendors who do not comply with this agreement will not be allowed to register for any future Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc. events.
    11. Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and/or posting on our website. 
  • 2026 Vendor Deadlines 

    Vendors notified by email: Within 2 weeks of their application date

    Payment deadline (once approved): April 12, 2026 (Late fees apply after this date)

    Please complete this form so that we can gather the necessary information from you to process your registration. NO MONEY IS DUE AT THIS TIME. 

    All registrations will be reviewed by the Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc. Festival Committee and applicant notified, by email within two weeks of their application date. 

    **NOTE** There is NO POWER at WOODMEN PARK. If you need power, you must provide your own generator or power source.

     2026 Vendor Fees

    Non-proft space: $65
    Regular vendor space: $150
    Food vendor space: $125
    ADD ONS/RENTALS: FEE:
    6FT Table Rental: $20
    2 Folding Chairs Rental: $10

    All payments must be received by April 12, 2026, otherwise late fees will apply. Once payments are received by Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc., NO REFUNDS will be granted, for any reason, including vendor withdraw.

    If payment is not received by May 2nd, booth space reservation may be forfeited and the next vendor on the wait list will be contacted. 

    Types of payment accepted: certified bank check, money order, or credit card. Checks made payable to: Greenwood Indiana Pride, Inc., PO Box 7791, Greenwood, IN 46143.

    IF YOU APPLY AND/OR PAY AFTER APRIL 12th there will be an additional $25 late registration fee.

    IF YOU APPLY AND/OR PAY AFTER MAY 2nd there will be an increased $50 late registration fee.
