I have read and acknowledge that if on this retreat there is no alcohol consumption or smoking on site. I will follow the rules accepted by this location and be responsible, as well as respectful to others in the retreat, the leader and those housing us/around us. If there is inappropriate behavior, I can be prohibited from the remainder of the retreat.

I have read and understand the cancellation policy / Reapply policy and know that there are no exceptions.

Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability and cancellation policy.

I hereby agree to the following:

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any retreat. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in fitness classes or excursions.

I accept that neither the instructors, nor the hosting facility, are liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from my participation in this retreat.

I understand that the $700 deposit for the retreat is final with NO refunds and the balance of my payment is due by Jan 2, 2026. Unless agreed upon payment plan.I also agree that if i cancel out and my payment has not been recieved in full, that there is no refund granted.

I agree that ontop of the retreat cost, there is $150 booking fee.

I agree that;

In the event that I have to cancel, 50% of payment (minus $800 deposit) is refundable up to Jan 1, 2026

In the event that I have to cancel between Jan 2 - Mar 1, 2026, 25% of payment (minus $700 deposit) is refundable.

No refunds granted after Mar 2nd.

~ There is no exception to cancellation policy including weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations, or delays.

~ If you leave during the retreat, there will be no refund.

I agree that travel insurance, vaccinations and all other info about what is regulated in UK is soley my choice, and Laura is not responsible for any outcomes based on your choice.

If you cancel out there is no automatic space held for you if you decide to change your mind and come. This means you forfeit your space and there may not be availability. A new deposit payment is required as a reinstating fee to cover expenses, losses and costs accrued.
