Welcome to Happiness Is Camping's application! This application form is for Oncology Programs, including Summer Camp and Family Camp.

Summer Camp is for kids who have or had cancer and their siblings, ages 6-17. Summer Camp dates are as follows:
- Session 1: July 5 - 9
- Session 2: July 12 - 16
- Session 3: July 19 - 23
Family Camp is for children who have or had cancer, aged 5-17 years old, and their parents/guardians, siblings, and caregivers. Each family stays in their own private accomodations. We offer the same activities as Summer Camp, including ropes, swimming, archery, Color Wars, animal shows, and more! Family Camp is completely free to attend. Family Camp dates are as follows:
- Session 1: Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday, May 23 - Monday, May 25
- Session 2: Friday, May 29 - Sunday, May 31
- Session 3: Friday, June 12 - Sunday, June 14 (FULL)

Family Camp Registration

Family Camp paperwork must be submitted by May 1. Summer Camp paperwork must be submitted by May 31. Please be advised that registration is not 100% complete until all mandatory paperwork has been uploaded. Camp Director Ryan Campbell will email you with instructions to upload required paperwork.
