Please complete this form to apply for holiday gifts from our nonprofit. Our team will verify you're within our service area and process your application to help bring a little extra joy to your children this season. Be sure to fill out every section carefully and provide accurate information for each child — incomplete forms may prevent us from being able to prepare gifts for your family. All gifts will be delivered directly to your home and are not available for pickup. Each present is lovingly wrapped by NoCo Santa Squad volunteers, ensuring every child experiences the magic of Christmas morning. We’re truly grateful to offer this service and to spread holiday cheer throughout Northern Colorado. While we do our best to honor every request, we’re unable to fulfill requests for high-cost electronics such as laptops, phones, game consoles, or TVs, as these items fall outside of what we typically receive through donations. That said, we have a wonderful variety of gifts available and are confident we can find something special to make your child’s season bright!

Children Information

FAILURE TO FILL IT OUT IN ENTIRETY WILL RESULT IN NO GIFTS. Please fill out this section carefully for each child. We need your child’s full name, age, and gender so we can make sure gifts are matched correctly.

Please also give us a basic description of what they like — for example, favorite colors, toy types (dolls, building sets, sports, art, etc.), or interests (cars, animals, games). If you are requesting clothing, be sure to include shirt size, pant size. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of shoes we cannot provide shoes.

The more details you provide, the better we can do at selecting gifts that will help bring joy to your child this Christmas. No specifics can be guaranteed but the organization will do the best we can with what is available.

Misrepresentation of need, falsification of information, or any form of abuse of this service may result in immediate denial of assistance, removal from future participation, and potential referral to appropriate authorities if deemed necessary. Such actions also diminish our ability to serve families genuinely in need.

Participants may be photographed with NoCo Santa Squad staff and/or volunteers during deliveries or events to help promote our mission. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let a volunteer or staff member know at the time of delivery or event participation.
