The Lake Village Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade is a family-friendly event designed to bring joy and unity to our community. Please review the following rules and waiver before submitting your entry.

Parade Rules:

• No Santa costumes allowed except for the official parade Santa.
• All entries must be well-lit and decorated, including golf carts and side-by-sides.
• Spotters are required for all vehicles towing floats to ensure visibility and safety.
• Follow all instructions from parade volunteers and law enforcement.
• Distribute items safely-no throwing from vehicles, and participants must stay out of the travel lane while moving.
• All entries must be approved by the Chamber prior to parade night.

By submitting this form, I certify that I am authorized to register this entry and that all participants will follow parade rules. I accept full responsibility for the safety and conduct of our entry.

Waiver & Release: I, for myself and on behalf of my organization and participants, waive and release the Lake Village Chamber of Commerce, the City of Lake Village, their officers, employees, volunteers, and partners from liability for any injury, loss, or property damage connected to our participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Consent & Insurance: I consent to first aid and emergency treatment. Our entry will maintain adequate supervision and, if applicable, vehicle insurance.

Media Release: I authorize use of photos/video of our entry for event publicity without compensation.
