    Booking Requirements: All events must be booked at least 60 calendar days in advance. In-person local events(within a 3-hour drive of Jacksonville, FL) require a minimum 3-hour booking. In-person events beyond a 4-hour drive from Jacksonville, FL are considered extended travel and require a minimum 4-hour booking. Remote booking is available. Remote events require a minimum 3-hour booking. **Once the booking form is submitted, please schedule a day & time (all times listed are Eastern Time) to complete a 15 (fifteen) minute Clarity Call.**

  • Once your non-refundable deposit and remaining balance are received, Mama Goddess will email the Zoom link for your scheduled event.

  • Deposit Policy:

    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for local in-person & remote events. Extended travel events require a 35% non-refundable deposit.

  • Payment Deadline Terms:

    The full balance is due no later than 20 calendar days before your event. Failure to pay by this deadline will result in forfeiture of your reserved date and loss of your deposit. Refunds for partially paid balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For fully paid balances, please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy:

    Please review and confirm your understanding of the following terms:

    •   All deposits are non-refundable.

    •   If cancellation is made 45 or more calendar days before the event and the balance has been paid in full, 75% of the balance will be refunded.

    •   If cancellation is made 30–44 calendar days before the event and the balance has been paid in full, 50% of the balance will be refunded.

    •  Cancellations made 29 calendar days or less before the event will not receive a refund of the balance.

  • Overtime Policy For Tarot Services 

    By booking and submitting payment (deposit and balance) for tarot services with Mama Goddess, you acknowledge that her availability is limited to the duration specified in your booking. Any time exceeding the contracted period will incur an overtime fee of $5.00 per minute. Overtime charges must be paid immediately—before Mama Goddess departs from the event—via CashApp or PayPal.

  • Remote Booking Late Policy (Required for Remote Bookings)

     Mama Goddess values your time—and hers. If you arrive late to your remote session, that time will be deducted from your appointment.

    If you’d like Mama Goddess to stay later to make up the time, a late fee of $3.00 (USD) per minute will apply. This option will be offered before services begin, and payment must be made immediately via CashApp or PayPal.

    Example: If you are 20 minutes late and request to recoup that time, a $60.00 (USD) late fee will be due before Mama Goddess begins your tarot event.

     • Extended Travel In-Person Bookings include tarot services, transportation to the event city (e.g., flight, train), accommodations, and car rental or rideshare.

    • Local In-Person Bookings include tarot services and mileage to and from the event location.

    • Remote bookings include tarot services. Once the non-refundable deposit and remaining balance are paid, Mama Goddess will send a Zoom link for the scheduled event.

  • Approved Flight Carriers Policy (In-person Extended Travel Events Only)

     

    Please book flights for Mama Goddess only with the following airlines: JetBlue, Southwest, Delta, American Airlines, or United Airlines. A window seat is preferred.

    Note: Ultra low-cost carriers (e.g., Frontier, Allegiant, Spirit) are not permitted.

  • Mama Goddess will need 45 (forty-five) minutes before the event to prepare. This time is excluded from the quote (in-person events only).
