This form applies to model year 2020 or newer bicycles and is intended for inquiry purposes only. Submission of this form does not constitute a binding agreement to sell.

Consignment Fees
Shop Credit – 15%
The bike shop will receive 15% of the final sale price, calculated before any applicable fees are deducted.
Applicable fees may include Bicycle Marketplace fees, PayPal fees, shipping platform fees, and/or credit card transaction fees.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Cash Payout – 35%
The bike shop will receive 35% of the final sale price, calculated before any applicable fees are deducted.
Applicable fees may include Bicycle Marketplace fees, PayPal fees, shipping platform fees, and/or credit card transaction fees.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Additional Terms
Percentages are based on the gross final sale price (before deduction of marketplace and payment processing fees).
Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the agreed party per listing terms.
Buyer pays shipping.
Shop credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Seller agrees to these terms upon consignment or listing. STR Bikes LLC reserves the right to decline any bicycle based on current sales needs, inventory considerations, or bicycle condition.
