    Students who wish to participate in the 2026 Liberty High School Lion's Pride Marching Band (MB) should fill out this registration form and submit the required fees. All registrations for the 2026 Marching Band Season are electronic.

  • Please have your student read through the following document and statements and check that they agree.

  • Known Absences

    Please list any known absences that may conflict with summer band camp, rehearsals, sectionals, home games or competitions dates as listed on the 2026 Marching Band calendar. Any absence occurring on October 24, 2026, November 7, 2026 for championships (actual date for ACC's TBD) must be pre-approved by Ms. Jason before completing the online application.

  • Photo & Video Release:

    The Liberty High School Instrumental Music Boosters celebrate and promote our students’ hard work, performances, and community spirit. We love sharing photos and videos from concerts, competitions, rehearsals, trips, and events on our social media pages, website, newsletters, and printed materials to highlight the success of our music program.

    Permission & Release
    I hereby grant permission to the Liberty High School Instrumental Music Boosters, its representatives, and the Liberty School District to photograph, film, or otherwise capture images and recordings of my child in connection with band, orchestra, and music booster activities.


    I authorize the use of these photos, videos, or audio recordings for lawful purposes including, but not limited to:
    • Social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
    • Booster website or school website
    • Programs, flyers, newsletters, or press releases


    I understand that:
    • These materials may be used without compensation.
    • Student names will not be posted or tagged without additional consent.
    • I may revoke permission at any time in writing, but it will not apply to prior uses.

  • Marching Band Fees: The uniform fee ($175) is mandatory to be paid at the time of registration. Payment of additional items listed below are optional at time of registration but will be expected to be paid by August 21, 2026 (last day of band camp). If you would like to pay any of the additional fees at this time, check the box next to each item before submitting your registration.

    Please note there may be other additional costs such as gloves, shoes, and instrument rental that will be determined on a student by student basis as needed. An invoice will be emailed with the additional charges once all additional charges are determined.
