Please complete the following form to donate an item to the silent auction.
2026 Silent Auction Information

The 2026 Silent Auction will take place in person during the 2026 BC Tourism Industry Conference, March 4-6, 2026 at the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort.

We’ll be using Bid Beacon to manage the auction. To enhance your item’s online listing, please upload a photo of your donation when completing this form. Please have your images ready before you begin the submission process.

In an effort to reduce shipping needs, we encourage the donation of digital gifts and experiences. If you prefer to donate a physical item, please indicate your preferred delivery method on the form.

Bidding for the auction will be available to in-person conference attendees only.

Please submit all donation information for inclusion in the Bid Beacon app by March 2, 2026.
