Shop Local Contest Terms & Conditions

Eligible Locations:
Entries are valid only for purchases made at stores located within historic downtown Ellensburg, defined as the area from 2nd Avenue to 7th Avenue and Ruby Street to Water Street.

Contest Period:
The Shop Local Contest runs from Friday, November 28 through Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 11:45 PM.
The receipt upload portal will close at 11:45 PM on December 17 and will not be reopened after that time. 

Winner Notification & Prize Distribution:
Winners will be contacted on Thursday, December 18, 2025, and prizes will be awarded on Friday, December 19, 2025.
Winners must be present in Ellensburg on Friday, December 19 and agree to participate in a photo opportunity that may be used for publicity purposes in order to receive their prize.

Proof of Purchase:
Each entry must include proof of purchase, either a picture of a paper receipt or a screenshot of a digital receipt. Entries submitted without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Eligibility Restrictions:
Store owners, employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes based on entries from purchases made at their own businesses.
