CLIENT CONSENT & AGREEMENT
Thank you for choosing Enchanted4me. To ensure a clear, respectful, and aligned working relationship, please review the following Policies, Terms & Conditions, and Legal Disclaimer before booking. This agreement is designed to protect both you and the integrity of the spiritual work being performed. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the information provided in this document.
I. POLICIES
• Confidentiality: Your privacy is of the utmost importance. All requests and personal details remain strictly confidential to ensure your peace of mind and trust. • Ethical Commitment: My goal is to provide ethical, impactful services while maintaining fairness and accessibility. • Communication Hours: Messages will be responded to between 11:00AM – 08:00PM EST. Please allow 24–72 hours for a reply, excluding weekends and holidays. Persistent late-night messaging may result in communication boundaries. • Respectful Conduct: Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in services being terminated without refund. • Delayed Service Credit: If I fail to deliver your scheduled work on the agreed date without prior notice, you will receive a $5 credit toward a future service. Credit does not expire and may be stacked. This applies only to delays on my end—not when a client delays, reschedules, provides late information, or becomes unresponsive. • Fee & Processing Charge: International PayPal payments include a 5% processing fee. This covers PayPal international charges, currency conversion, and cross-border fees.
II. TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Proof of Work: Photos/videos of completed spellwork will be sent for transparency. Proofs are delivered on Sundays unless an expedited service is booked. Expedited clients receive proof the same day the work is completed. • I do not perform spiritual work on children, the innocent, or animals (with the exception of healing, protection, and blessing work for pets). All baneful work, black magic, grey magic, or justice work is reserved for justified situations only and is not intended to cause physical, psychological, or unlawful harm. I do not engage in work that interferes with free will, violates consent, or causes direct damage to a person’s health, safety, or basic human rights. • Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds are offered once a service is booked. • Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: No refunds after booking; clients may swap for a service of equal value if requested before the scheduled day. Once work has begun, booking is final. • Phone Call Etiquette: Refrain from spontaneous calling. Calls are by appointment only. Non-schedule spontaneous calls will have a $50/hr fee apply. • Client Participation: Spiritual work is a collaborative process. You must follow all instructions and aftercare to maximize results. • Expedited Services: Available for an additional 40% fee, depending on complexity. Same-Day: Request before 10:00 AM. Next-Day: Request after 11:00 AM. • Free Redo Policy: Clients who experience absolutely no results (not slow or minor progress) and have fully followed all instructions are eligible for one free redo after 4 months. Failure to follow instructions voids eligibility. Redo services apply only to the original spell purchased and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or used as credit toward any other service. • Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my discretion. • Client Responsibility & Conduct: Violation of any policies, including disrespect, harassment, failure to follow instructions, or disruptive behavior, may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Payment secures time, preparation, and energetic work, not guaranteed outcomes. • Non-Disparagement: Client agrees not to make any defamatory, false, malicious, harmful, or disparaging statements about Enchanted4me, its services, or its owner, whether written or spoken, in any public or private forum, including social media, reviews, and digital communities. If the client has concerns, they must notify Enchanted4me in writing and allow an attempt to resolve the matter privately. Knowingly sharing false statements, accusations, or misleading claims may result in termination of services, refusal of future services, and any appropriate legal action or remedies to protect Enchanted4me’s business and reputation. • No Guarantees: Spiritual work is powerful, but results cannot be forced or guaranteed. When you commit, follow instructions, and stay patient and confident, real change is possible. • Updates to Policies & Terms: Enchanted4me reserves the right to update or modify any Policies, Terms & Conditions, or the Legal Disclaimer at any time. Updates take effect immediately once posted. Clients are responsible for reviewing the most current version before booking. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated terms. • Client Assumption of Responsibility: There may be instances where I determine that a requested service, working, or approach is not suitable, advisable, or in the client’s best interest. Should the client choose to proceed contrary to this professional recommendation, the decision is made of the client’s own free will and at their sole discretion. By electing to move forward against advised guidance, the client accepts full responsibility for any and all outcomes. The client also waives the right to dispute the service, request a refund, initiate a chargeback, or bring forth claims of harm, dissatisfaction, or negligence on the basis that the Practitioner advised against the work. • Fees & Processing Charge: Clients using PayPal for international transactions agree to a mandatory 5% processing surcharge to cover cross-border fees, platform charges, and currency conversion. This fee is automatically added to the final total.

The services, products, and information provided by Enchanted4me are for entertainment and curio purposes only. No information or service offered constitutes legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. Do not rely on spiritual services as a substitute for professional care from a licensed provider. By booking or engaging with any service, you acknowledge that all spiritual and metaphysical work is subjective in nature, and results vary from person to person. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Enchanted4me is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that may occur before, during, or after services are rendered. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in any service at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your personal choices, well-being, and experiences. Enchanted4me shall not be held liable for emotional, financial, legal, or personal consequences or losses that may arise from services, products, or guidance provided. By booking, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older and that you understand and accept this disclaimer in full.
