Congratulations on being a recipient of an Austin County Fair Scholarship!
This portal will be the access point for uploading the required information so that the Austin County Fair Scholarship Committee can process your scholarship payment to the college.
After you have enrolled into the college indicated on your application, please present us with a copy of your schedule and an unpaid, itemized tuition bill. These documents must be uploaded into the Austin County Fair Jotform Portal found on the Austin County Fair website. These documents must be downloaded (PDF format) from your institution, not screen shots. These documents must include your student ID, the number of class hours per class and the institution name.
When we receive this information indicating your enrollment, a check will be sent to your college to be applied toward your tuition, not to exceed the amount awarded in your scholarship.
Please provide us with the correct mailing address of the financial office of your college/university/trade school. This address is very important and needs to be accurate.
The fair association is not responsible for any late fees accrued to tuition being paid late. Please submit all information in a timely manner. Scholarship payments will NOT be sent electronically. You must allow for transit time via the postal system.
If wanting to split your scholarship in two semester payments, please indicate that in writing below, with the above required information. For the second semester payment, you will also need to include a copy of the previous semester’s grades.
As a reminder:
1. All scholarship recipients must be enrolled as full-time students and maintain a minimum course load of 12 semester hours at an approved and accredited college, university or trade school and must maintain a minimum grade point average/ratio each semester of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent. Failure to complete 12 semester hours per regular semester will be grounds for termination.
2. This scholarship must be used within the next two (2) years or extended by special permission from the Austin County Fair Association Scholarship Committee. If a deferment of this scholarship payment is needed, please request that deferment in writing to the ACF scholarship committee below, with reasons for the delayed use of the scholarship funds. Once received, the scholarship committee will indicate their decision and respond back in writing within 45 days of receipt of your deferment letter.
3. Please note that this scholarship must be used within 60 months of being awarded or will be forfeited.
Please keep us informed of your intentions.
If there are questions regarding the submission process please email them to: acfscholarshipcommittee@gmail.com and allow 24 hours for a reply.
