    Age Requirement: 18+
    Team Registration Fee: $325 per team
    Roster Size: Minimum 3 players; maximum 4 players

    Championship Prize
    The Adult Division champion will receive:

    $3,000 cash prize
    Championship medals
    Championship team photo
    Recognition across Big Baller Brand social media platforms
    The cash prize will be awarded after tournament results, player eligibility, and compliance with all event rules have been verified.

    Team Registration & Eligibility
    All players must be at least 18 years old and complete registration before competing. Players may participate on only one team, and rosters become final once the team’s first game begins.

    Tournament officials may verify eligibility at any time. A team using an ineligible player will forfeit its games and may be removed without a refund.

    Game Format
    Games will be played 3-on-3 on a half court using a 15-minute running clock or until one team reaches 30 points.

    Inside the arc: 1 point
    Behind the arc: 2 points
    Overtime: First team to score 2 points wins
    FIBA 3x3 rules apply unless otherwise stated
    Possession begins with a check ball at the top of the key
    After a made basket, possession changes
    After a rebound, steal, or blocked-shot recovery, the ball must be cleared beyond the arc
    Jump balls use alternating possession
    Officials’ decisions are final
    The clock will stop only for injuries, official timeouts, or at the Tournament Director’s discretion.

  • Arrival & Forfeits
    Teams should arrive at least 30 minutes before their first game. A five-minute grace period will be allowed after the scheduled start time.

    Teams unable to field at least three players within the grace period will forfeit. Repeated forfeits may result in removal without a refund.

    Player Equipment
    Players must wear matching jerseys or shirts with visible numbers and appropriate basketball shoes. Jewelry must be removed before play.

    Approved braces and protective equipment are permitted. Tournament basketballs will be provided.

    Sportsmanship & Conduct
    All players, coaches, team representatives, and spectators must respect officials, opponents, teammates, volunteers, tournament staff, and FireLake Arena.

    The following may result in technical fouls, ejection, team disqualification, loss of prize eligibility, removal from the facility, or forfeiture without a refund:

    Fighting or attempted fighting
    Physical or verbal abuse
    Threats, harassment, or discrimination
    Profanity directed at others
    Unsportsmanlike conduct
    Damage to arena property
    Illegal drugs or alcohol
    Refusal to follow tournament staff instructions
    Event Policies
    Registration fees are non-refundable after registration closes. Tournament schedules and formats may be adjusted because of registration totals, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Tournament management may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behavior is harmful to the event. Teams or players removed for misconduct may lose eligibility for awards and prize money.

    By participating, attendees authorize Big Baller Brand, Triple B’s Cares Foundation, Potawatomi Fire, and event partners to photograph, film, record, broadcast, and use event images or video for promotional, marketing, broadcast, and social-media purposes without additional compensation.

    Participant Agreement
    By completing registration, the registering team representative confirms that all players meet the age and eligibility requirements and agrees to follow all tournament rules, policies, and standards of conduct.
     
     
     
     

  • TEAM REGISTRATION AND ROSTER DISCLAIMER
    This registration represents one complete team entry into the Adult Division of the Big Baller FireLake 3X3 Championship.

    By completing this registration and submitting payment, the registering individual acknowledges and agrees that:

    Each team may have a maximum of six players.
    Each team must have a minimum of three eligible players available to compete.
    The registering individual is responsible for registering the team and submitting the complete and accurate team roster.
    The complete team roster must be emailed to events@bigballerbrandinc.com by the tournament’s designated roster deadline.
    The roster must include the full legal name of every player participating on the team.
    All players must be at least 18 years old and meet all Adult Division eligibility requirements.
    Submission of payment confirms that the team has secured the minimum number of eligible players required to participate.
    Registration and payment do not guarantee that tournament organizers will locate, assign, or provide additional players for an incomplete team.
    A team that does not have at least three eligible players available at its scheduled game time may be required to forfeit.
    Players may not be added, replaced, or transferred after the roster deadline without written approval from tournament management.
    Players may compete for only one team during the event.
    The registering individual is responsible for making sure every listed player completes all required waivers, releases, and eligibility documentation before competing.
    The registering individual serves as the primary team contact and is responsible for communicating tournament schedules, rules, roster requirements, waiver requirements, payment information, and event updates to all team members.

    Failure to submit a complete roster, provide accurate player information, meet the minimum-player requirement, or complete required documentation may result in forfeiture, disqualification, removal from the tournament, or loss of registration fees and prize eligibility.

    1. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY
    I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in the Adult Division of the Big Baller FireLake 3X3 Championship.

    I understand and agree that:

    I may participate on only one team during the tournament.
    Team rosters are locked once the team’s first game begins.
    Tournament officials may verify my identity and age at any time.
    Providing false information or participating as an ineligible player may result in game forfeitures, team disqualification, removal from the tournament, loss of prize eligibility, and denial of a refund.

    2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    I understand that participating in basketball and related tournament activities involves strenuous physical activity, physical contact, rapid movement, jumping, running, falling, and interaction with other players, equipment, playing surfaces, spectators, staff, and facilities.

    I understand that participation may involve known and unknown risks, including, but not limited to:

    Sprains, strains, bruises, and cuts
    Muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries
    Broken bones and joint injuries
    Dental and facial injuries
    Head, neck, back, and spinal injuries
    Concussions or other traumatic brain injuries
    Heat exhaustion, dehydration, or heat-related illness
    Cardiac events or other serious medical emergencies
    Contact with other players, officials, equipment, or playing surfaces
    Permanent disability, paralysis, or death
    Damage to or loss of personal property
    I understand that these risks may result from my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, the condition of the facility or equipment, the rules of play, or other circumstances associated with the event.

    I knowingly, freely, and voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown and whether described in this waiver or not.


    3. HEALTH AND FITNESS CERTIFICATION
    I certify that I am physically and medically able to participate safely in this event.

    I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified medical professional before participating if I have any medical condition, injury, physical limitation, or concern that may affect my ability to compete safely.

    I agree not to participate while injured, impaired, under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, or otherwise unable to compete safely.

    I understand that tournament organizers, staff, officials, volunteers, and event partners are not responsible for determining whether I am medically or physically fit to participate.


    4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless:

    Big Baller Brand Inc.
    Triple B’s Cares Foundation
    Big Baller Brand Grassroots
    Potawatomi Fire
    FireLake Arena
    Citizen Potawatomi Nation
    Tournament directors and event organizers
    Event sponsors and partners
    Coaches, officials, referees, employees, contractors, medical personnel, security personnel, volunteers, agents, representatives, and affiliates
    The owners, operators, and managers of the event facility
    Collectively referred to as the “Released Parties.”

    I release the Released Parties from any claims, demands, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in, attendance at, travel to, or travel from the event.

    This release includes claims involving personal injury, illness, disability, death, property loss, property damage, medical expenses, or any other loss, including claims allegedly caused by the ordinary negligence of a Released Party, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

    This release does not apply to conduct that cannot legally be released or waived under applicable law.


    5. AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree not to file or pursue a lawsuit, claim, demand, or legal action against any Released Party for an injury, loss, or damage covered by this waiver.

    I understand that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.


    6. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
    If I become injured, ill, unconscious, or otherwise unable to communicate during the event, I authorize tournament staff, emergency medical personnel, venue personnel, or other qualified individuals to provide or arrange reasonable and necessary medical care.

    This authorization may include:

    First aid
    Emergency medical evaluation
    Ambulance transportation
    Hospital care
    Diagnostic testing
    Medication
    Surgery or other emergency treatment considered necessary by qualified medical personnel
    I understand that the event organizers do not guarantee that medical personnel will be immediately available at all times.

    I accept full financial responsibility for all medical treatment, emergency transportation, hospital services, medication, or other expenses resulting from my participation.

    I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for paying my medical expenses.


    7. INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITY
    I understand that I am responsible for maintaining my own medical, accident, disability, and personal property insurance.

    I understand that my registration fee does not necessarily include medical or accident insurance coverage.

    My participation is not conditioned upon the event organizers providing insurance for my benefit.


    8. TOURNAMENT RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT
    I agree to follow all tournament rules, facility policies, safety requirements, eligibility standards, and instructions given by tournament officials, referees, security personnel, venue staff, and event representatives.

    I understand that the following conduct is prohibited:

    Fighting or attempting to fight
    Threatening or intimidating another person
    Physical or verbal abuse
    Unsportsmanlike conduct
    Harassment or discrimination
    Profanity directed toward officials, staff, volunteers, players, or spectators
    Possession or use of illegal drugs
    Unauthorized possession or consumption of alcohol
    Intentional damage to FireLake Arena or another person’s property
    Refusal to follow tournament or facility instructions
    Disruptive behavior that interferes with the operation of the event
    I understand that violations may result in:

    Technical fouls
    Game forfeiture
    Immediate ejection
    Team disqualification
    Removal from FireLake Arena
    Loss of registration fees
    Loss of eligibility for the $3,000 championship prize
    Referral to law enforcement when appropriate
    I understand that tournament management’s decisions regarding conduct, safety, eligibility, disqualification, forfeitures, and prize eligibility are final.


    9. CASH-PRIZE ELIGIBILITY
    I understand that the $3,000 cash prize will be awarded only to the officially recognized Adult Division championship team.

    Payment of the prize is subject to:

    Verification of the final tournament results
    Verification of player identity and age
    Compliance with roster requirements
    Compliance with tournament rules and the Code of Conduct
    Completion of any required tax or payment documentation
    Confirmation that the team has not used an ineligible or unregistered player
    I understand that a team or player may lose prize eligibility because of fraud, fighting, misconduct, use of an ineligible player, violation of tournament rules, or failure to provide required documentation.

    I understand that the winning team and its members are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the cash prize.

    Unless otherwise established in writing by tournament management, the event organizers are not responsible for resolving disagreements among team members regarding how the prize money will be divided.


    10. PERSONAL PROPERTY
    I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged before, during, or after the event.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    Phones
    Jewelry
    Wallets
    Cash
    Clothing
    Shoes
    Bags
    Vehicles
    Athletic equipment
    Electronic devices
    I am responsible for securing and protecting my personal belongings.


    11. MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY AND PUBLICITY RELEASE
    I grant Big Baller Brand Inc., Triple B’s Cares Foundation, Big Baller Brand Grassroots, Potawatomi Fire, FireLake Arena, Citizen Potawatomi Nation, their event partners, sponsors, licensees, broadcasters, representatives, and affiliates permission to photograph, film, livestream, record, interview, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, name, performance, statements, and participation during the event.

    I authorize these materials to be used, reproduced, edited, published, displayed, distributed, livestreamed, broadcast, or promoted through:

    Television and streaming platforms
    Websites
    Social media
    Digital advertisements
    Printed materials
    News and media coverage
    Event recaps
    Documentaries
    Promotional videos
    Future tournament marketing
    I understand that these materials may be used publicly, worldwide, and without additional notice, inspection, approval, or compensation.

    I understand that all authorized photographs, recordings, footage, and related materials may remain the property of the event organizers or the party that created the material.


    12. EVENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
    I understand that tournament schedules, game times, court assignments, rules, formats, and event operations may be changed because of registration numbers, facility needs, safety concerns, emergencies, weather, technical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Tournament management reserves the right to delay, relocate, shorten, reschedule, restructure, or cancel games when reasonably necessary.

    I understand that registration fees are non-refundable after registration closes, except when tournament management expressly approves a refund in writing.


    13. INDEMNIFICATION
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal expenses, caused by my conduct, my violation of tournament rules, my damage to property, or my injury to another person.


    14. SEVERABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW
    I understand that this waiver is intended to be interpreted as broadly as permitted under Oklahoma law.

    If any portion of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full force and effect.

    This waiver will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.


    15. VOLUNTARY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
    By signing below, I confirm that:

    I am at least 18 years old.
    I have carefully read this entire waiver.
    I understand its terms.
    I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including certain rights to bring legal claims against the Released Parties.
    I have had the opportunity to ask questions before signing.
    I am signing voluntarily and without pressure.
    I accept full responsibility for the risks associated with my participation.
    I agree to comply with all tournament rules and conduct requirements.
