Driving to School Regulations
All student drivers must obtain permission from the school before driving to school.
Students must register their vehicle details with the Deputy Principal
P-plate drivers must comply with all NSW P-plate regulations, including displaying P-plates clearly
Day students may not bring vehicles onto school grounds under any circumstances. The school does not accept responsibility for any damage to or theft from vehicles.
Student drivers may not access their vehicles during school hours without permission from the Deputy Principal
Vehicles may not be used for trips to shops or recreational drives during the school day
Vehicles are out of bounds to all students except the registered owner/driver
Students may not transport other students unless: Written permission has been provided by the passenger's parent and this permission has been presented to and approved by the Deputy Principal
All student drivers must adhere to school zone speed limits (40km/h during designated times)
Any dangerous driving, traffic violations, or failure to follow these guidelines will result in immediate withdrawal of driving privileges
Zero tolerance applies to mobile phone use while driving, in accordance with NSW P-plate regulations.
Any breach of these rules or of normal traffic regulations, or any use of the vehicle which is considered by staff to be dangerous or ostentatious will result in the immediate withdrawal of permission to drive to School.
