Practical guidelines
1. Any person or organization may nominate a young changemaker (aged between 12 and 18 years).
2. The deadline to submit the nomination is March 31st 2026, 17:00 CET.
3. All the questions must be answered in as much detail as possible within the specified word count.
4. Refer to our nominations guidance booklet before filling out this form.
Please note that this form is only available in English.

You can nominate a young changemaker (12-18 years) from anywhere in the world who has a clear history of standing up and fighting for the rights of children and whose changemaking efforts have led to a concrete positive result or impact on the rights of children, locally, nationally or globally.

You can also nominate a group of up to five children within this form provided that every child in the group has made a provable effort and co-initiated the activities that resulted in an exceptional difference for the rights of the child.
