    Thank you for wanting to co-create something magical with me. This form helps me understand your vision and make sure we’re aligned before we begin. Please take your time filling it out. The more details you give, the better I can bring your ideas to life. Once I receive your request, I’ll reach out through your preferred contact to confirm details, pricing, and next steps.

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU MOVE ON!!!

  • DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin your piece.
    The remaining 50% is due once the work is complete before final delivery.

    Accepted payment methods (USD$) : CashApp, Venmo & Zelle 

    PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL I HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR REQUEST!!

     

    FINAL PAYMENT & LATE PAYMENT POLICY

    The remaining 50% payment is due after the artwork is completed and before final delivery. Final files will not be released until full payment has been received and confirmed.If the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days of completion notice, the commission may be considered forfeited, and the artist reserves the right to: 

    Withhold or delay final delivery, and/or Cancel the commission without refund of the initial deposit.

    Failure to pay the remaining balance in a timely manner may also result in being denied future commission opportunities.

  • REVISIONS & REFUNDS



    Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

    Each project includes 3 rounds of minor revisions depending on type.

    Major changes after approval may include an additional fee.

     

    Refund Eligibility:

    Before work begins: If you cancel before any work has started, you may receive a partial refund excluding the deposit.
    After work has started: No refunds will be issued once the initial sketch or progress stage has been shared.
    After completion: No refunds will be issued for completed artwork.

    Artist Cancellation:
    If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

    Client Satisfaction:
    Revisions are available as stated above. I always strive to ensure you’re happy with your final piece, but please understand that refunds are not granted due to personal preference once the artwork has been completed as agreed.

    By submitting this form and paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these refund terms.

  • PROCESS & DELIVERY

    Each commission is created with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because of this, completion times can vary depending on the project’s complexity, my current workload, and communication speed during the approval process.

    Average Turnaround Time:

    Small pieces (portraits, simple designs): 1-4 weeks
    Medium pieces (half-body, detailed backgrounds): 4-8 weeks
    Large or complex commissions: 8-12 weeks
    These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. If there are any expected delays (such as high demand, holidays, or personal emergencies), I will always update you as soon as possible.

    Rush Orders:
    If you need your piece completed by a specific date, please mention it when submitting your form. Rush requests may be accepted for an additional fee depending on scheduling.

    All commissioned artwork is delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

    Delivery Method:
    Completed pieces will be sent via email, Google Drive, or another secure online method once the final payment has been received. Please ensure the email address you provide on your form is accurate and accessible.

    File Format:
    You will receive your artwork in high-resolution PNG or JPEG format (and any additional formats discussed during the commission process).

    Storage & Backup:
    Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files. Fairie Arie keeps backup copies for a limited time but cannot guarantee long-term storage after final delivery.

  • COPYRIGHTS

    Artist Rights
    All artwork created by Fairie Arie remains the intellectual property of the artist, even after purchase or commission. This includes the rights to display, post, and share the artwork on social media, websites, portfolios, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    Client Rights
    Clients receive personal, non-commercial usage rights to their commissioned artwork. You may post it on your social media (with credit to @arielagroovy), use it as a profile picture, or print it for personal display.

    Commercial use (such as for merchandise, branding, resale, album covers, NFTs, or marketing) is not permitted unless agreed upon in contract. 

    Prohibited Actions
    Please DO NOT:

    Claim the artwork as your own
    Remove or alter the artist’s signature/watermark
    Edit, filter, or recolor the artwork without permission
    Use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or any generative purposes

     

    All commissions are governed by U.S. copyright law. Ariela Grube retains moral and creative rights to all commissioned artwork.
