Reasonable care will be taken in handling and displaying artwork, but no responsibility is assumed by White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) for loss or damage of any kind. Submission of work indicates acceptance of these conditions and agreement that digital or photographic images may be used for publicity purposes by WBCA, including on the WBCA website, social media, and printed materials.

All selected artwork must be displayed in the gallery until the end of business hours on Friday, March 27, 2026

Artist agrees to drop off selected artwork on Saturday, January 31, 2026, 10:30 AM–2:30 PM.

Artist agrees to pick up artwork on Saturday, March 28, 2026, 10:30 AM–2:30 PM. A late fee of $15, plus $5 per week, will be assessed for any items not picked up by 2:30 PM on Monday, March 30, 2026.
