Please enter artwork information and image(s) below. You may enter up to three submissions. If selected, artist name, title, media and price (or NFS) will appear on the gallery label.

You may submit up to three pieces.

Artwork in the gallery must be listed with a sales price or denoted not for sale (NFS). Reminder, when determining the price, please include a 40% commision as a professional courtesty to WBCA.

For each entry, submit up to two high-quality images, between 400 KB and 12 MB. Please ensure that images are high-quality and ready for online viewing. Your work will be reviewed by the curators based on the image(s) you provide..

Waiver

Reasonable care will be taken in handling and displaying artwork, but no responsibility is assumed by White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) for loss or damage of any kind. Submission of work indicates acceptance of these conditions and agreement that digital or photographic images may be used for publicity purposes by WBCA, including on the WBCA website, social media, and printed materials.

All selected artwork must be displayed in the gallery until the end of business hours on Friday, September 12, 2025.  

Artist agrees to drop off selected artwork on Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26, 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM.

Artist agrees to pick up artwork on Saturday, September 13 and Monday, September 15, 2025 from 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM. A late fee of $15, plus $5 per week, will be assessed for any items not picked up by 2:30 PM on Monday, September 15, 2025.
