SPARK! Winter Explorers Creativity Camp

Our Pop-Up Creative Day Camps are for children ages 7-13 (grades 2nd-8th grade) and take campers on a journey into the wonderment of art with a purpose.

Our primary goal is to ignite the spark of creativity inherent in all children. Our second goal is to present solid techniques in various materials that develop skills and spark creative, outside-the-box problem-solving. We also aim to address every student's individual needs and learning styles. Campers will come home with several very original pieces of art.

Spots are first come, first served.

Camp Dates:	December 29th, 2025 December 30th, 2025 January 2nd, 2026 January 5th, 2026

Early Drop-Off/Late Pick-Up:	Early Drop off: 9 AM Late Pick up: 5 PM *Available for $10 each drop-off/pick-up per child
Cost:	The cost of camp is $100 per day. 15% discount for campers attending all 4 dates using code ALL4

Agreement
As a parent or legal guardian of a student attending the SPARK! Dallas Creative Arts Camp, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I am responsible for arranging transportation to and from the camp venue. I understand that SPARK! Winter Break Creative Arts Camp timings are from 9 AM to 5 PM, and there will be a $10 fee for each early drop off and late pick up. In case of any transportation challenges, I will make alternative arrangements and inform the staff promptly.

2. I grant permission for the camp organizers to use photographs and/or videos of my child for educational and promotional purposes.

3. I understand that my child is expected to exhibit respectful behavior throughout the camp. Continuous misbehavior may result in a request to withdraw my child from the program.

4. I am aware that my child will only be accepted into the camp upon my signature on a waiver.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK

It is understood that visiting and/or participation in programs at SPARK! involves an element of risk and danger of accidents. Specific risks vary from one activity to another, and the risks range from minor injuries to major injuries, including death. Knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks.
In consideration of the use of the facilities and/or programs at SPARK!, by me and the above listed children and wards, if any, I hereby waive, agree to release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss, death, or property damage, which may occur while visiting SPARK! or hereafter accrue. This release is intended to forever discharge SPARK!, including its officers, employees, agents, or volunteers (“Released Parties”), from any and all liability, even though that liability may arise out of negligence by the Released Parties.
I agree to forever indemnify and hold SPARK! and the Released Parties harmless from any loss, liability, cost, or expense that they may incur as the result of any injury, death, or property damage that I or my children or wards may sustain while visiting SPARK!

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY PERMISSIONS:
Photographs and video footage are periodically taken of visitors while on SPARK! premises. I understand that these images are the property of SPARK! and may be used for the purpose of promoting SPARK! in its publications, presentations, promotional materials, social media accounts, and/or website.
