Confidentiality & Proprietary Information Agreement
By registering for and participating in this event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Proprietary Material - All materials, including but not limited to presentations, resources, slides, videos, recordings, and documents provided are proprietary and consititute the intellectual property of Canada Futures Softball and its partners.
2. No Sharing or Distribution - Participants shall not reproduce, share, post, or distribute any materials, recordings, or content provided during or after the event without prior written consent from Canada Futures Softball.
3. No Commercial Use - Materials and information shared are provided solely for personal and professional development only. They may not be resold, copied, or repurposed for commercial training, clinics, or courses without written authorization.
4. Confidentiality - All discussions, strategies, and information shared by presenters or fellow participants are confidential. Such information must not be disclosed publicly or used in a manner that could harm the reputation or intellectual property of any party involved.
5. Participation - Participants are required to keep their cameras on during persentations as a condition of participation.
6. Agreement - By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms of this agreement.
