Waiver Agreement

By signing below I acknowledge that volunteering with Tiny Tim’s Foundation for Kids, Inc. (the “Foundation”) may involve working with or near power-operated woodworking tools that may cause injury. I knowingly assume the risk of working with or near any such tools, and I hereby release the Foundation from any and all liability for any injury or other damage to my person or possessions that may be sustained in connection with my volunteer service with the Foundation.
