Sponsorship Acknowledgement
In exchange for Junior League of Jackson’s (“JLJ”) acceptance of the Corporate Sponsor as a sponsor for Touch A Truck® Jackson 2026 (“TAT”), the Corporate Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to the following:
This contract must be submitted to JLJ by February 13, 2026.
If the Sponsorship Selection indicated below requires a cash contribution, the deadline for payment is February 13, 2026. Tickets will not be provided until payment is received.
The contribution, regardless of whether in cash or in-kind, is non-refundable.
The Sponsorship Selection cannot be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
A certificate of insurance coverage must be submitted that demonstrates coverage through March 28, 2026, in the amount of $500,000.00 if providing an on-site in-kind service.
It has reviewed the Touch A Truck® Jackson Sponsorship Levels attached hereto as
Exhibit A
in making its Sponsorship Selection and agrees to the benefits contained therein related to its selected Sponsorship Level.
